I recently completed the genetics testing process, and I was really impressed with the experience from start to finish.

The ordering and testing process was simple and easy to navigate, and the report was organized in a way that made the information much easier to understand. I learned things about my genetics that I hadn’t known before, and I found the peptide-focused and supplement insights especially helpful.

The customer service was also excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. Overall, I found the experience informative, personalized, and worthwhile, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about their genetics and how that information may relate to their wellness goals.

This is so amazing! I thought the actual test was so easy- obviously 🤣 you are literally swabbing the inside of your mouth, put it in the box and drop off at UPS. Meghan walked me through every part of the process. When I was worried my test was lost in translation, she was able to track and assured me the test was at the lab and on its way to decoding all my DNA amazingness 😁🤷🏼♀️. Getting the test results in my email was like Christmas morning 👱♀️! I had to read it, then put it aside because it’s ALOT!!! But all so valuable. Reading the recommendations at the end of each section was like the answers to all the questions. The food intolerances was the most shocking. No idea I had a lactose intolerance, but since I’ve removed from my diet I can tell a difference. The peptide recommendations give you a starting point. I took that information and started the deep dive of the World Wide Web. I’ve started on the peptide that was recommended the most (like almost every section) and I can already tell I’m feeling a difference. Maybe hopefully thinking because it’s REALLY fresh, but I’m pretty confident it’s a legit response of my body saying thank you!! Just helping these cells work a little less harder on what makes up my DNA. As a dietitian the lifestyle considerations and nutritional insights are known to me so the supplements, labs and peptides were the most insightful. Definitely worth it... and it’s something you can take a little bite out of every so often. It’s not something you take in and start all today. I will slowly chip away at these results to make the best version- longest lasting version of myself 😁 cause I have SO much more to give.
