The MyPeptideCode online store collects information needed to process and support an order, such as your name, contact information, shipping address, payment status, and order history. Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

Sample and Report Information

HealthSpan360 coordinates sample processing and emails the customer a secure link to its results portal using the address on the patient form. MyPeptideCode does not receive individual test results.
